Lupine Wilma 7 battery pack died after 10 years of sterling service.

Communication with Mark was swift and efficient. new pack duly made to order and speedily supplied. more power too and at a very economic cost compared to original manufacturer. Customer service second to non and quality of the battery pack is at least equal to original if not better. Fits into original lupine pouch too. Bonus for me as it's used for multiple activities.

10/10 for a guy who goes the extra mile.

Definitely highly recommended.

Great Lights, even better
Customer Service ... purchased a LUMENATOR 20 mid winter and has been perfect for three times a week very wet and muddy early morning rides through the winter. Recently developed some bad behaviour
selecting setting but mtb batteries quick to respond with great communicatons and quick turnaround check-up and fix.

Love the approach of this

I’ve had some fantastic advice in the past off Mtb Batteries where they helped me identify a problem with my light not the battery which did themselves out of a sale but they were keen to give me the right advice rather than me waste my money so as soon as I needed a new battery I knew exactly where I was going to get one. I ordered a battery bottle pack to go on my hope r8 & messaged Mtb batteries again & had more friendly advice on how to order & what size leads etc. The battery arrived quickly & the bottle pack fit brilliant it has more amp hour than the original hope battery & last a fair bit longer. Would highly recommend brilliant service thank you
