Returning / Posting Batteries

Please be aware that Royal Mail / Parcel Force classes 'separate' Lithium ion, nickel metal hydride (NiMH) and nickel cadmium (NiCd) batteries as prohibited items.

Consequently if you try and post your MTB Batteries battery via their courier services, they will not deliver the package and 'dispose of it accordingly'.

Please therefore use an alternative courier service that accepts these battery types. We use DPD and we've known other customers to use MyHermes / Yodel, but we would always recommend checking with the courier service before sending your item.
